Steel-clad steel-insulated pipes consist of an inner working steel pipe, insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, air layer, outer steel pipe, and outer anti-corrosion layer. The design concept for the steel-clad steel direct-buried steam pipeline insulation structure originates from the heat pipeline trench, converting the trench from the conventional brick or concrete structure to a steel-clad pipe. Inside the outer steel pipe, a sliding guide bracket is set up, allowing the working steel pipe and corresponding insulation materials to slide against the external steel jacket pipe. This ensures a tight contact between the working steel pipe and the insulation material, with the working steel pipe supported by the bracket inside the jacket pipe, causing the guide bracket to roll within the jacket pipe, forming a "steel trench" structure. This insulation structure primarily uses soft insulation materials as the thermal insulation layer, effectively resolving the issue of increased friction due to radial expansion. With internal support rings, it prevents the insulation material from becoming off-center or crushed. Additionally, the design draws inspiration from overseas similar product design schemes, utilizing a unique pipeline bracket structure between the steel jacket pipe and the inner wall as the sliding interface, taking advantage of the high mechanical strength and good sealing properties of the steel jacket pipe to successfully address the challenges of waterproofing and leakage prevention.

Steel Clad Steel Insulated Pipe Product Application
Steel-clad steel insulation pipes are widely used in the transmission networks for liquids and gases, including chemical pipeline insulation projects, oil and chemical industries, centralized heating networks, central air conditioning ventilation pipelines, and municipal engineering. They address issues such as insulation, sliding lubrication, and waterproofing at the exposed pipe ends of steel-clad steel buried steam insulation pipes. These insulation pipes not only possess advanced technology and practical performance that cannot be compared with traditional trench and overhead pipeline laying methods, but also offer significant social and economic benefits, making them a powerful measure for heating energy conservation.
The outer sliding structure features include: 1. Due to the presence of an air layer between the insulation layer and the outer protective pipe, water absorbed by the pipe during transportation and construction can be gradually drained out during the warming-up process. This makes it particularly suitable for regions with abundant rainfall and high water levels. However, for soils with high concentrations of chloride and sulfate ions, especially in coastal areas, the anti-corrosion measures for the outer steel pipe need to be enhanced.
2. The external sliding structure is designed based on the concept of "steel trench," taking full advantage of bends for natural compensation, reducing costs while also decreasing the thrust force on the fixed pier.
The pipeline is divided into several relatively independent sections at the fixed supports. A drainage pipe (or two for the two sets) is installed between the two fixed supports, which can not only remove damp gases but also serve as a signal pipe for daily operations, allowing for real-time monitoring of the pipeline's operation.
4. The sliding outer structure can be modified into a vacuum-sealed design as required.
The steel-clad steel-insulated pipe consists of an inner working steel pipe, an outer protective steel pipe, and an intermediate insulation layer. The working steel pipe is coated with two layers of anti-rust paint after being sandblasted. The insulation layer is made up of high-temperature fiber felt, ultra-fine-pored calcium silicate insulation boards, and polyurethane foam plastic. The outer steel pipe is wrapped with six layers of glass fiber and resin anti-corrosion coating after being sandblasted.
Steel clad steel insulation pipe features: 1. Waterproof and moisture-proof; 2. High temperature and high-pressure resistance, applicable medium temperature of 350°C, pressure; 3. Low heat consumption, superior to any traditional insulation method; 4. Strong corrosion resistance, with high strength of the anti-corrosion layer, difficult to be damaged; 5. Long service life, up to 30-50 years.
