Internal sliding type:
The thermal insulation structure is composed of working steel pipes, thermal graphite lubricating layer, calcium silicate insulation layer, high-temperature flame-retardant aluminum foil reflective layer, calcium silicate insulation layer, high-temperature flame-retardant aluminum foil reflective layer, rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe, and outer pipe corrosion layer. This example illustrates the structural composition of the pipeline.
1. Work钢管: Ensures the normal flow of conveying medium.
2. Industrial Pipe Anti-Corrosion Coating: Prevents the working steel pipe from being corroded by corrosive substances, thereby extending the service life of the working steel pipe.
3. Friction-reducing layer: Ensures free movement of the working steel pipe during thermal expansion and contraction.
Calcium Silicate Insulating Board: Withstanding high temperatures, ensuring the interface design temperature between the inorganic and organic insulating layer technologies, guaranteeing the carbonization-free economy of the company's polyurethane foam.
5. Reflective Layer: Ensures that the organic foam material does not penetrate the inorganic hard thermal insulation layer, reflecting some of the heat from the thermal insulation layer.
6. Polyurethane Foam Layer: Ensures medium temperature, maintains the surface of the outer steel pipe at ambient temperature.
Sleeve钢管: Ensures that working pipelines can withstand certain external loads, guaranteeing the normal operation of the pipelines.
8. Corrosion Protection Coating for Steel Pipes: Protects steel pipes from corrosion by corrosive substances, extending the service life of the pipes.
B. External Slide Type
The sliding steel sleeve steam passes through the pipeline. This teaching design research is relatively simple, consisting of the following key components from the inside out: working rigid pipe, ultra-fine glass wool insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, sliding problem-oriented learning支架, air layer, outer protective steel pipe, and outer anti-corrosion layer. The ultra-fine glass wool insulation layer is tightly wrapped around the working pressure pipe, with the outer layer being the air layer. Thus, the working pipe and the ultra-fine glass wool insulation layer form a fixed unit within our company, which can slide within the outer protective pipe.
