The thermal insulation structure of the steel-clad steam-insulated pipes can be divided into two categories based on different sliding methods:
1. The inner sliding-type thermal insulation system is composed of steel pipes, aluminum silicate, drag-reducing layer, microporous calcium silicate, insulation layer, stainless steel fastening steel strips, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane material insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and external anti-corrosion layer. The inner sliding-type insulated steel pipe is developed by constructing a concrete structural system with steel pipes that can transport media, compounded with silicate or microporous calcium silicate, rigid polyurethane foam plastic, outer steel pipe, and glass fiber reinforced plastic shell anti-corrosion protective layer. The nodes of all pipe fittings require thorough treatment with thermal insulation time and information technology research, ensuring product service quality management and safety.
2. Outside Sliding Type: The thermal insulation structure is composed of working steel pipe, glass wool insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening steel strips, sliding guide brackets, air insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and anti-corrosion layer. The overall construction cost of the steel-insulated pipe is very low due to its simple construction and installation process, with relatively low overall costs. If the cost can be controlled during construction, the cost-performance ratio will naturally be greatly improved, and the overall operating costs can also be controlled. This not only avoids excessive costs but also does not cause any construction pressure. Heat loss can also be significantly reduced, and it will greatly promote energy conservation.
