1.梅花 spike mesh fence, also known as Sunflower spike mesh barrier, is a single-layer version of the Sun descendant's plum blossom spike mesh. The diameter is not less than 7.5cm, with spikes measuring 1.5mm thick, and made by stamping Q235 low-carbon steel plate.
2. Mesh panels feature diamond-shaped holes, with grid size of 120mm x 110mm (height x width). The wire diameter is 8mm, made with S195 steel wire high-pressure welding, with a梅花spike welded onto each weld point.
3. Poles are made of Q235 steel pipes, specification: diameter 114mm round tube, wall thickness 4mm; the top of the pole is directly welded with a flange of outer diameter 140mm and thickness 6mm; four 16mm threaded holes are pre-drilled, corresponding to the end flange of the electrical grid bracket. Both the pole flange and the bracket flange are individually hot-dip galvanized.
Pole Height4.5 meters in height, 3 meters apart, all pillars are treated with waterproofing at the top. Each pillar is connected to a flange with four triangular supports (100mm x 80mm x 5mm)焊接 at the junction (perpendicular to both sides of the isolation net). The diagonal length of the reinforcement at both sides of the main gate pillars is 120mm x 100mm.
4. The single mesh size is 3000mm x 4500mm, constructed using 50mm x 50mm x 5mm angle steel for the frame and 40mm x 3mm flat iron. The mesh wire, angle steel, and flat iron are welded into a single unit. The frame and pillars are secured with bolted flange connections, featuring 60mm x 60mm x 6mm flat iron flanges. The flange bolt holes are adjustable, with a minimum adjustment distance of 20mm. The fixing bolts for the flanges are 14mm diameter x 50mm full-threaded hot-dipped galvanized safety bolts and nuts. Each mesh panel has more than 8 connection points on one side.
5.梅花刺片护栏网 and posts require full hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating of not less than 300 grams, and can undergo a fogging test (with attached inspection report). The entire isolation mesh is to be galvanized for use in inland natural conditions, with a zinc layer that is expected to last for at least 10 years.
