The highway fence mesh is a type commonly found in the guardrail series. It is made by weaving and welding with domestic low-carbon steel wire and aluminum-magnesium alloy wire, featuring flexible assembly and sturdy durability. It can be used to create permanent guardrail walls or as temporary isolation nets, with different column mounting methods needed for each application. Highway guardrails are extensively used on many domestic highways and have achieved good results.

Highway fence mesh can be divided into two types based on its manufacturing characteristics. One type is the electric-welded mesh fence, and the other is the woven wire mesh fence. Both types of fence mesh are effective in terms of protection.* Application. Welded mesh fence panels are made by welding iron wire, cold galvanized wire, or hot-dipped galvanized wire using a welding mesh machine, followed by bending, painting, or PVC coating, among other processes. They feature corrosion resistance, aesthetics, and effective protection. Braided wire fence is produced by a braiding machine for various metal wires, including PVC wire and cold/hot galvanized wire. It boasts strong impact resistance, aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and good protective properties.

Highway fence mesh style
(1) Median Barrier - A type of guardrail installed in the center of the road, primarily used to separate the upstream and downstream traffic flows. It prevents vehicles from entering the wrong lane and stops non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians from freely crossing or diagonally crossing the road, ensuring good traffic order and preventing accidents. This barrier is commonly made of concrete, metal, or a combination of both, in the form of posts or rails.
(2) Traffic Bollard Guardrail - A protective barrier installed on one or both sides of a road, separating the motor vehicle lanes from the non-motor vehicle lanes. Primarily used to isolate bicycles from motor vehicles. It ensures that each mode of transport stays in its designated path, with no interference, and maintains a sequential flow. These guards are commonly made of concrete or metal, in the form of a "bollard" about 600mm in height.
(3) Pedestrian Guardrail - Highway guardrail mesh installed on the outer side of the pedestrian sidewalk at intersections or between the pedestrian and vehicle lanes. Primarily used to prevent pedestrians from crossing diagonally or across the intersection, and secondarily to prevent vehicles from crashing into the pedestrian sidewalk due to failure while avoiding obstacles. It plays a role in maintaining good traffic order and ensuring pedestrian safety.
