PPH pipe fittings require attention to avoid direct sunlight exposure during use. It is strictly prohibited to drag the pipes or collide them with other objects. Specific precautions for the product are as follows:
1. It is advisable to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight when using PPH pipe fittings. During construction, pipe materials without trenches should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent thermal deformation.
During storage, handling, and transportation, loading and unloading should be carried out using belts, slings, or ropes. At least two points of suspension should be used during hoisting, and it is strictly prohibited to pass through pipes for lifting.
When handling and transporting pipes and pipe fittings, they should be handled with care, arranged neatly, and must not be thrown or dragged along the ground.
During the installation process, it is strictly prohibited to roll the PPH pipeline from top to bottom freely. Prevent heavy objects such as large stones from impacting the pipe body.
5. Backfill soil must not contain stones, bricks, or other hard debris to prevent scratching the PPH pipes.
Many users believe that PPH pipe fittings do not require deliberate maintenance, but during the use and arrangement of pipe materials, we must pay close attention to these details; PPH pipe fittings also require maintenance.
