Excellent heat resistance, non-flammability, long-term operating temperature of -40 to 150°C, and high dielectric strength.
4. Features outstanding resistance to climatic aging, ozone, and anti-ultraviolet and nuclear radiation.
Currently, the transportation pipelines for high-purity and ultra-pure water both utilize PVDF piping materials. Due to the excellent chemical stability, purity, and smoothness of PVDF pipes, they are widely used in the microelectronics industry, yielding favorable social and economic benefits. PVDF piping boasts good chemical stability, resistance to chemical corrosion, and thermal stability. It can be used over a long period at temperatures ranging from -62℃ to +150℃. It has excellent flame retardancy, resistance to fatigue and is not easily broken, good wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and is an excellent insulating material. Its mechanical strength is high: compared to PTFE, it has twice the tensile strength and six times the compressive strength.
