One, ensure the standardized management of product handling, installation, transportation, unloading, and storage. Avoid throwing, dropping, rolling, or dragging PPH pipe fittings to prevent surface damage to the PPH pipe fittings. Additionally, prevent plastic PPH pipe fittings from coming into contact with sharp objects or friction.

When stored outdoors at lower temperatures, pipe surfaces can become slippery when encountering water or frost. Therefore, pipes and fittings should be stored in warmer locations, with attention to insulation and protection. Also, during construction and transportation, handle them with care to avoid damage.

Ensure that the PPH pipe fittings are stored flatly in the designated area or during transportation to prevent scratching.

When using adhesives in winter, we can pre-soften the pipe surface with a pre-adhesive, and it also requires more time to cure after bonding. The used adhesive should be tightly sealed and stored in a location between 5-33°C. Pay attention to the bonding of all sizes of PVC and CPVC piping systems, and it is recommended to use the matching pre-adhesive as much as possible.
