The general structure is as follows.
Internal helical wire: Typically made of stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene, or TEFLON-coated steel wire.
Extruded Spiral Wire: Primarily made of stainless steel or galvanized steel.
Inner Liner: Select functional films such as Teflon, Polyethylene, Nylon, and PET based on the characteristics of the conveying material, and composite them with proprietary technology to give the hose broad liquid-sealing capabilities.
Enhanced Layer and Anti-Aging Outer Layer: The enhanced layer provides pressure-bearing strength to the hose. The outer layer of the hose features a colorful coating that is resistant to wear and aging.
