An electrically heated roller hearth furnace is a lightweight continuous industrial furnace, widely used for the rapid firing of products like chemical powders and ceramic substrates, offering advantages such as low energy consumption, short firing cycle, and low labor intensity.
Fire-resistant and thermal insulation structure
The furnace chamber structure and material are specially designed according to the firing process of the material.
The furnace chamber is constructed with mullite bricks and lightweight bricks, enveloped in an insulating layer for corrosion resistance and excellent heat insulation. It features a small capacity and is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The furnace top is arched in structure.
Temperature Control System
Temperature Control Method: Utilizes silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) single-phase voltage regulation to control circuit temperature.
Switch: Each circuit equipped with a circuit breaker
Control Cabinet: Standard electrical control cabinet style
