Operating Principle:

The working principle of the mixed wire copper rice machine is to target different types of scrap wires and cables. After crushing and grinding, the plastic sheath and copper rice are separated, with the copper granules in a separate state. The chopped copper rice and plastic are then separated through density sorting. Subsequently, air sorting is used to completely separate the plastic sheath from the copper rice. Unfiltered mixed materials are further separated into copper and plastic wire sheaths using an electrostatic sorting device.
