High-voltage electrical equipment temperature monitoring points are all in environments with high voltage, large currents, and strong magnetic fields, and some monitoring points are even in enclosed spaces. Due to issues such as strong electromagnetic noise, high-voltage insulation, and space limitations, conventional temperature measurement methods cannot resolve these problems and are therefore unusable. Our company has independently developed and designed an infrared temperature monitoring system that collects data using infrared imaging. The sensors are installed in positions that can illuminate the high-voltage equipment, and there is no electrical connection between them and the receiving equipment, thus fundamentally solving the难题 of real-time online temperature monitoring for high-voltage equipment junctions.
Infrared temperature monitoring systems offer high reliability and safety, with strong visibility, allowing direct installation near each high-voltage switch, busbar connection, outdoor switchgear, or transformer. The system is equipped with standard communication interfaces for network operation. With the supervisory software, real-time operating temperatures of high-voltage equipment can be recorded. It provides cumulative data for maintenance, enabling predictive maintenance for thermal faults in high-voltage equipment.
