Defects in electrical equipment operating under high voltage and large current conditions can also lead to abnormal temperature rises in equipment components. Excessive temperatures can ultimately result in equipment failure, such as burning or explosions, causing damage or quality incidents. The challenges of manual monitoring, such as heavy workload, low accuracy, delayed detection, difficulty in analysis, inability to cover all areas, and blind spots in monitoring, necessitate a comprehensive temperature warning system. This system should monitor abnormal temperature increases caused by various factors in real-time, upload temperature data in real-time, and allow for the receipt of alarm notifications through back-end monitoring or mobile devices, among other means. Timely response is crucial to prevent production disasters. In response to the current state of temperature monitoring in electrical equipment, our company has launched the BHG-WTM wireless temperature measurement system to ensure safe electricity use, prevent electrical accident risks, alleviate the labor intensity of personnel, and ultimately achieve the goal of safe production.
Generally, wireless temperature sensing detectors are commonly used to measure the temperature of high and low voltage live objects on their surfaces or at connection points, such as moving contacts, fixed contacts, cable contacts, and transformers within high and low voltage switch cabinets, and their operating temperatures. Temperature upper and lower limit alarm values can also be set according to the specific project requirements. In the event of abnormal temperature, an immediate alarm is triggered to notify relevant personnel for隐患 handling, eliminating potential hazards in their nascent stage. Historical data query functionality is provided, allowing for historical data retrieval based on circuit, time, and location. This offers effective data support for work execution.
