Monitoring the operational status of rotating equipment such as motors, fans, and pumps is crucial for equipment management. To this end, an intelligent rotating equipment status detection system has been developed using Internet of Things technology, embedded technology, vibration sensing technology, temperature sensing technology, low-power technology, FFT technology, and AIT encryption algorithms.
2. System Architecture The system consists of four components: sensors, data collectors, monitoring software, and a mobile APP. The system monitors the real-time temperature and vibration of equipment, oversees the operating status of rotating machinery, assists equipment managers in obtaining operational data, promptly identifies potential hazards and malfunctions, and enables predictive maintenance. This helps the company enhance the management level of equipment.
3. Online measurement of vibration and temperature for rotating equipment such as motors, reducers, fans, generators, air compressors, centrifugal separators, and pumps in various fields including coal mining, chemical industry, metallurgy, power generation, building materials, automotive, machinery manufacturing, scientific research, and education.
