The weaving bag factory uses fabric, adds sun-protection chemicals, and undergoes special processes to develop specialized plastic woven bags for airdrop use.
During the cutting process, maintain product dimensions, utilize hot cutting techniques, ensure the base fabric does not shed fibers, and confirm that all components meet the required sizes.Approximately 5mm, further quality inspections are conducted to remove broken yarn base fabrics, ensuring that all semi-finished products entering the next process are 100% qualified. During the sewing process, the sewing technicians strictly follow the process instructions provided by the R&D department to sew the woven bags. While maintaining the product's aesthetic appearance, all critical areas are reinforced, enhancing the product's safety factor. The packaging process involves packaging the inspected woven bags according to customer specifications, fully wrapped with specialized packaging woven fabric to prevent damage and soiling during transportation and handling.
The inspection process is the final quality control checkpoint, with each woven sack undergoing a full inspection to ensure 100% compliance with product standards.
