For the woven sack factoryFor our products, factors such as weaving density, width, tensile strength, and the unit area weight of the woven fabric all impact its quality.
In terms of production materials, the auxiliary material for weaving bag扁丝 is the base material, colorants, and other modifiers, such as antioxidants and lubricants. The primary material for producing扁丝 or split film fibers is polypropylene, and sometimes high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, or their blends are used. The production process involves mixing the materials and auxiliaries, then melting and extruding them through an extruder to form a film. The film is cooled, cut into strips, stretched and oriented to produce扁丝, which are then wound onto spools and prepared for weaving.
The technical process for producing split film yarn for woven bags is essentially the same as that for producing flat yarn, with the addition of a weaving mesh process after the strips are cut.
