During the production process of woven bags, procedures such as printing, cutting, and sewing are required. When it comes to inspection, what aspects should be checked?
Random sampling methods can be employed for inspection, typically involving the random selection of two bundles and then randomly picking from one of them.Approximately 10 woven bags were compared for quality. A high-quality product should have clear printing, accurate information, and no fading. It should not show any overlapping or ink sticking. Additionally, the product must have a flat, smooth, and attractive appearance during use. These are all part of the inspection standards. Furthermore, the woven bag's fabric should not have more than three broken threads in the same place or two layers of fabric woven together, and it must be clean with clear and robust printing.
In the production of woven bags, clear ink printing after cleaning, accurate layout positioning, stitching patterns, thread length, and the required stitching and broken threads are all crucial.
