【Structural Features】
1. Enhanced the process by adding a superheater tube on the boiler top, further absorbing waste heat from flue gas and protecting the boiler's roof, thereby extending the boiler's lifespan.
2. Achieve fully automatic feeding; with the optional variable frequency control technology, the number of furnace operators can be reduced to one.
3. Mechanical forced combustion, specially designed arch for the wood industry, ensures complete combustion, smoke and dust removal, with excellent environmental protection effects.
4. Handles waste from the wood industry production (bark, sawdust, sanding dust, etc.) while also providing the required heat (hot oil or hot gas).
5. It can be paired with a steam generator for steam output use.

3. Exported Thermal Oil Temperature Display: The temperature can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for仪表 display. Users can set the temperature value, and it can be interlocked with the induced draft fan to achieve automatic operation adjustment, and high-temperature alarm.
4. Imported thermal oil temperature display: Can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for instrument display.
5. Thermal oil export pressure display: Available for on-site display and remote transmission to the control cabinet for meter display, with overpressure alarm function.
6. Thermal oil import pressure display: Can be locally displayed and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for meter display.
7. Expansion Tank Level Control: Achieve low liquid level alarm in the expansion tank, promptly reminding the boiler operator to inject oil into the system, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the boiler system.
8. The control module boasts robust expandability, allowing for convenient implementation of various advanced applications such as group control and remote control, tailored to customer needs.
Process Standards
The boiler is designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and accepted in strict accordance with national and industry standards, including but not limited to the following: GB/T16507 "Water-tube Boilers", TSG G0001 "Regulations for Safety Design Supervision of Boilers", GB/T17410 "Organic Heat Carrier Boilers", GB50273 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Boiler Installation Projects".
2. The primary steel used for the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
3. Welding materials are selected according to NB/T47018, and boiler tubes are焊接 with argon gas protection for full penetration welding. The welds are inspected and x-rayed in accordance with NB/T47013 "Non-destructive Testing of Pressure Equipment." After the boiler is fully assembled, all pipe assemblies undergo hydrostatic testing to ensure that the welding quality of each boiler meets the standard.
Assembled Boiler
——Package boilers, also known as quick-assembly boilers, are a value-added service we offer for convenient on-site installation for our customers.
1. Complete assembled boilers are in contrast to traditional loose-assembly boilers, where the boiler body and components are transported to the site and assembled after factory production. In contrast, complete assembled boilers, in addition to basic components, also include bases and supports, which are pre-assembled and secured at the factory. Upon arrival at the site, only overall installation and connection of external pipelines are required, significantly reducing the installation time on-site compared to loose-assembly boilers, while also enhancing the quality of the installation.
2. The complete boiler has the following advantages: a. Compact structure, small land occupation; b. Easy construction, low construction cost; c. High installation quality, good operational performance.
[Note] Various types of boilers can be shipped in complete sets, but due to size and transportation considerations, complete set boilers are generally limited to those below 3 million BTUs.
