1. Open each independent thermal oil pipeline for heat conductionOil FurnaceThermal oil furnaceHighPortion exhaust valve.
2. Initiated the supply pump for the thermal oil heater, filled thermal oil into the circulating oil pipeline. There was overflow of thermal oil at the gas valve; closed the exhaust valve.
When the liquid level of the heat-conducting oil in the expander exceeds the lower oil level indicator, stop adding heat-conducting oil.
4. Start the circulating oil pump for the thermal oil heater. After the thermal oil has flowed through the circulating pipes for 1 hour, open the exhaust valve until oil overflows, then close the exhaust valve.
5. Check the thermal oil level in the expander; if it's below the low oil mark, start the thermal oil supply pump to add more thermal oil until the level is above the low mark on the thermal oil boiler.
