Thermal Oil BoilerThe severe impacts of scaling are generally categorized into the following four points:
Thermal oil furnace heating surface has degraded thermal conductivity, leading to fuel waste.
2. Due to damage to the heating surface, the heat conduction oil furnace experienced increased temperature differences on both sides, leading to a rise in the metal wall temperature and reduced strength. Under the pressure of the pot, this resulted in bulging and pipe bursting.
3. Reduce the output of the thermal oil furnace. After scaling, the flow cross-section within the heated tubes is reduced, increasing the resistance of the internal water circulation, disrupting the water cycle, impeding internal heat transfer, lowering the evaporation capacity, and ultimately reducing the output.
4. The less coal burners, water-cooled walls, convection tube bundles, and drum of the corrosive heat transfer oil furnace, etc., affect safety and shorten the lifespan.
