The buffer bar is a core component of the buffer bed, consisting of a three-layer structure, namely the wear-resistant layer, buffer layer, and steel structure.
The wear-resistant layer is situated on the surface of the buffer strip, made of high molecular polyurethane. It boasts high wear resistance, low friction, certain impact resistance, and self-lubricating properties, which reduce frictional heat during the conveyor belt's operation and extend the belt's lifespan.
The buffer layer is located at the center of the buffer strip, made of high-elastic rubber, offering excellent flexibility and strong shock-absorbing capability.
The steel structure is in the lower layer, with a special design that ensures the buffer strips will not loosen during operation and can withstand heavy loading impacts without deformation.
Three different materials complement each other, effectively mitigating the damage received by the conveyor belt from material impacts, significantly reducing the frequency of maintenance for belt repairs, thereby enhancing production efficiency. It is an indispensable part of the conveying system.
