2 Cable Technical Specifications

2.1 Conductor

Conductors are made of tin-plated annealed soft copper, conforming to the specifications of the 5th type of soft copper conductors in GB/T 3956-2008, with semi-conductive tape wrapped around the conductor externally.

2.2 Insulation

Insulation is made of EPDM rubber, insulation nominal

Table 1 specifies that the thinness thickness should not be less than 90%-0.1mm of the nominal value. The insulation performance meets the requirements of EPR insulating material in GB/T 12706.2-2008, with the insulating adhesive being red.

Simultaneously extrude both semi-conductive conductor shielding and removable insulating shielding during insulation extrusion.

2.3 Shielding Layer

The shielding layer for power cores 50mm2 and below is composed of tin-plated copper wire and fiber woven together; for power cores 70mm2 and above, the shielding layer is made up of woven tin-plated copper wire.

2.4 Outer Sheath

 Outer sleeve made of weather-resistant rubber, the nominal thickness of the sleeve complies with Table 1, with the thin point thickness not less than 85% of the nominal value minus 0.1mm. The sleeve performance meets the requirements of SE1 sleeve material in GB/T 12706.2-2008. The sleeve color is black.
