What to Pay Attention to When Installing Haiyue Enamel UASB Fermentation Tanks:
Firstly, inspect the strength of the deformable steel components and aspects such as the wall panels and filling columns of the glass-lined UASB fermenter to ensure its stability. Reinforcement treatments can be conducted if necessary. During installation and alignment, consider the factors of deformation caused by glass-lined steel plate welding and make reasonable adjustments.The design of the fermentation tank requires that pipe fittings be tightly sealed with a sealing surface larger than the contact area. The drainage pipes, feed/unfeed pipes, detection in/out pipes, sampling tubes, and ventilation pipes installed on the tank must be strictly installed according to the design standards. When other components and equipment are suspended from the installed structure, checks, calculations, and corresponding safety protection procedures should be carried out.

The height deviation between the in/out water pipes, sludge discharge pipes, detection holes, sampling tubes, and ventilation pipes should be ±1 cm, and the horizontal displacement should not exceed 2 cm.
