Overall Equipment Solution Introduction

The rack frame is constructed using aluminum profiles and features a segmented modular design, divided into three layers. The modular components are removable for easy installation, ensuring the vertical alignment requirements of the rack are met. The top and sides are equipped with protective panels, and the bottom includes a level adjustment panel. The design incorporates chemical bolts for secure grounding, as shown in the following segmented design of the equipment, which includes the upper component, middle layer component, lower component, and step component.
