Guoyang Extruded Polystyrene boards feature a tightly closed cell structure. The polyethylene molecule structure itself is not absorbent, and both sides of the board have no gaps, thus, it has a low water absorption rate and excellent moisture-proof and waterproof properties.

Guoyang Extruded Polystyrene does not decompose or mildew, does not emit harmful substances, and has stable chemical properties. During production, we utilize advanced CO2 foaming technology, replacing the traditional Freon foaming, without damaging the atmospheric ozone layer. Made from environmentally friendly materials, it does not produce harmful gases or wastewater. The solid waste generated can be recycled and reused, making it a high-quality, eco-friendly product.
Corrosion-resistant, durable
Generally, rigid foam insulation materials tend to age and absorb moisture after a few years, leading to a decline in performance. However, Guoyang extruded boards, with their excellent corrosion and aging resistance, as well as insulation properties, can maintain their superior performance even under high steam pressure.
High-strength compressive resistance

Lightweight, high hardness

Guoyang extruded polystyrene features a fully closed-cell foam structure that forms a lightweight and uniform honeycomb structure, resulting in high hardness. Unlike polyurethane foam or phenolic foam, it is not brittle, making it less prone to damage. It is easy to handle, install, and cut, and won't affect the structural load-bearing capacity when used for roof insulation.
