Guoyang brand rubber-plastic thermal insulation material is introduced with foreign technology and advanced fully automatic continuous production lines, improved through self-research and development. It primarily uses high-performance nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR/PVC) as the main materials, supplemented by various auxiliary materials, and is foamed through a special process to create soft thermal insulation and energy-saving material.

02. Low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation effect.
Thermal conductivity is a critical indicator of the insulation material's heat resistance; the lower the thermal conductivity, the better the insulation. At an average temperature of 0°C, the thermal conductivity of this material is 0.034 W/M-K, while its surface heat transfer coefficient is high.

Guoyang Rubber & Plastic features a complete closed-cell foam structure, where non-connected bubbles form an enclosed air layer, effectively enhancing the product's thermal insulation properties. Additionally, the independent sealed bubble structure provides multiple barriers against moisture molecules, preventing them from渗透 into the material, thereby maintaining the product's long-term stable insulation effect.

05. Excellent flame retardant properties. Difficult to burn materials, safe and reliable.
This product contains a large amount of flame-retardant and smoke-reducing materials, producing low smoke concentration during combustion and does not melt or drip burning fireballs. The material features self-extinguishing properties. According to GB 8624-2012 "Classification of Fire Performance of Building Materials and Products," the Guorui Class 1 product's specifications far exceed the national standard for building products in the field, which requires a minimum fire performance of C-grade or higher, ensuring safety and reliability.
