Due to the closed-cell rate of polyurethane foam exceeding 92%, using polyurethane foam as the insulation layer for buried pipelines not only provides thermal insulation but also effectively prevents the penetration of water, moisture, and various corrosive liquids and gases, as well as the growth and development of microorganisms.
Polyurethane foam can bond firmly with various materials, so as an insulation layer for buried pipes, it rarely requires consideration of adhesion issues with a corrosion-resistant layer. The temperature range for polyurethane insulation is +120℃ to +196℃, with short-term (up to a dozen hours) capability of reaching +190℃. If the user requires a long-term temperature of 190 degrees, we can mold with high-temperature material according to the user's needs.
