Production Process: Guoyang Rock Wool Board is made from natural basalt as the main raw material. After high-temperature melting, it is processed into artificial inorganic fibers by high-speed centrifugal equipment. It is then mixed with special adhesives and dust-proof oil, heated, and cured to produce various specifications and requirements of rock wool thermal insulation products. Rock wool strips are cut from high-strength rock wool boards into specific structures, offering high compressive strength and excellent fire resistance. Product Features: Sound Absorption/Damping: The open structure of rock wool boards provides good sound absorption and damping properties. Fire Resistance: This product is non-combustible. Compressive Strength: Rock wool boards are processed from molded boards, with fibers standing upright in the production line, allowing for high load-bearing capacity. 5% Compressive Strength > 25Kpa; 10% Compressive Strength > 40Kpa. Moisture Resistance: Rock wool boards are waterproof and have good steam pressure release capabilities towards the roof structure. Product Applications: Rock wool board products are suitable for industrial equipment, construction, and ship insulation and soundproofing. Other Extended Uses: Marine and moisture-repellent rock wool insulation boards are produced with moisture-repellent additives, offering good moisture resistance. Marine rock wool boards are used for ship thermal insulation and fire separation; moisture-repellent rock wool boards are used in vehicles, mobile equipment, cold storage projects, air conditioning pipelines, and in humid environments for thermal insulation and fire prevention, as well as in applications with certain moisture resistance requirements. Building-grade rock wool boards have excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption properties. They are mainly used for wall and roof thermal insulation and soundproofing in buildings; fireproofing and noise reduction in partition walls, fire walls, fire doors, and elevator shafts. Suitable for pipeline thermal insulation and insulation in the power, petroleum, metallurgy, and shipbuilding industries, especially convenient and quick for construction of small-diameter straight pipelines. Waterproof rock wool board pipes have special functions of moisture resistance, temperature dissipation, and moisture-repellency, particularly suitable for use in rainy and humid environments. The moisture absorption rate is below 5%, and the moisture-repellency rate is above 98%.
