Before commencing work, we must allow the single-armed hydraulic press to run for 5 minutes. During this time, we must inspect the oil level in the tank, check for any anomalies in the oil pump, and verify that there are no leaks in the hydraulic unit, pipes, joints, or pistons. After that, we'll start the equipment for a pressure test, checking if the pressure reaches the specified levels and ensuring the equipment operates normally without any leaks.
Adjust work pressure, but not exceeding 90% of the equipment's rated pressure.压制workpieces after inspection for qualification before production. For different single-armed hydraulic machine materials and workpieces, during pressing and alignment, it is necessary to adjust the press's working pressure, pressure, and hold time as needed to ensure that molds and workpieces are not damaged.
When the body plate slides up and down, hands and head must not be inserted into the working area of the plate and mold. It is strictly prohibited to knock, stretch, weld, bend, or twist while applying pressure. Smoking, welding, and fire are not allowed near the single-armed hydraulic press. Storage of flammable and explosive materials is prohibited. Fire prevention measures must be taken.
Upon completion of work, switch off the power, wipe the hydraulic ram of the press, apply lubricant, clean the molds and workpieces, and arrange them neatly. Operators of the single-armed hydraulic press must be trained and proficient in the equipment's performance and operation techniques before working independently. Before starting work, please clear away all debris from the molds and wipe any dirt from the ram of the single-armed hydraulic press.
The installation of the single-arm hydraulic press mold must be done while the power is off. It is strictly prohibited to touch the start button, handles, or foot switches. After installing the upper and lower molds, adjust the mold clearance, and securely fasten the mold before proceeding with the pressure testing.
