Hydraulic presses may encounter a variety of emergency situations during operation, necessitating inspections to identify the root cause of errors before repairs can be conducted. When our hydraulic presses experience synchronization failure, what could be the underlying reasons, and how should they be addressed?
If the valve core inside the hydraulic press, or if the clearance between the entire mating holes of the machine is extremely small, they may also fail. In such situations, some internal oil may become contaminated, or the valve core may be stuck by other objects due to the high temperature of the internal oil during the operation process. During use, special attention should be paid to the viscosity of these oils, as well as their cleanliness, to ensure the sensitivity of the entire valve core.
2. The motor assembly within the hydraulic press is not particularly well-installed, or for other reasons, the entire press's movement is not very responsive. This can lead to synchronization failure. In such cases, it is crucial to correct their installation positions. Additionally, if the hydraulic press fails, we must conduct a thorough inspection and, during the process, find the relevant solutions based on various causes.
