River management has always been an essential component of urban environmental construction, as most of the city's wastewater is processed here. Submerged aeration machines are the "best companions" in river management, primarily responsible for mixing and aeration, maintaining the optimal state of active sludge and ensuring contact between it. Moreover, they also provide oxygen to aerobic microorganisms.

Diving Aeration PumpCompared to conventional submersible aeration systems, this aeration device promotes continuous recirculating flow by aeration at the water's surface or bottom. It allows for thorough mixing and contact between organic matter, microorganisms, and oxygen, resulting in a rapid decrease in organic concentration to low levels. This effectively removes BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), color, odors of organic matter, colloidal nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus), turbidity, and dissolved inorganic salts.

The Submersible Aeration Machine boasts both aerobic and anaerobic mixing functions, promoting and accelerating water circulation, and can degrade organic matter that has been stagnant in the water for a long time.It also features pre-aeration, deodorization, prevention of anaerobic decomposition in sewage, bubble removal, and acceleration of oil-water separation.

The Submersible Aerator differs from surface aerators and pond bottom aeration systems, as it not only possesses circumferential flow capabilities but also offers deep penetration oxygenation. It is capable of stirring and oxygenating water and sludge at deeper levels, significantly enhancing biological treatment capacity.

The technical advantages of our submersible aeration pumps can be summarized as follows:

Revolution in Inflatable and Mixed Agitation Technology

The潜水aerator has been enhanced by adding a mixing device to the original aerator, significantly improving the oxygenation capacity and performance of the equipment.

  2. High-performance composite impeller

The hydraulic performance of the composite impeller is designed using computer and simulation, with the entire impeller cast in one piece. It features relatively stable blade shapes and has been tested for dynamic balance, ensuring the high efficiency and smooth operation of the composite impeller.

  3. Nitration and Denitration Integration

During the nitrification process, both the blower and motor are activated simultaneously, with the airflow and the direction of the effluent being consistent. The shearing impeller cuts the air into tiny bubbles, which are then engulfed by the strong water current generated by the mixing impeller. The nitrification process is completed under the action of aerobic organisms. In the denitrification process, only the motor is turned on, and no air is injected into the water. The denitrification and nitrogen removal process is completed under the action of anaerobic and aerobic microorganisms. Nitrification and denitrification are integrated into one, representing the organic unity of aeration and mixing mechanical equipment.

To ensure the normal operation of the diving aeration pump, regular maintenance is essential. Let's take a look!

  Lubrication and Oil Change

The oil chamber of the aeration pump is pre-filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil before shipment. This oil should be replaced annually. The oil change should be performed as follows: Place the submersible aeration pump properly, ensuring the oil chamber bolt is facing downwards, loosen the bolt, drain the lubricating oil, then clean the oil chamber with cleaning oil, refill with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, replace with a new O-ring, and tighten the bolt.

If water is found in the oil, flush the oil chamber according to regulations, refill it with oil, and tighten the plug with an O-ring. A reinspection is required after three weeks; if the oil turns milky again, inspect the mechanical seals. Replace if necessary. (Note: The oil is transformer oil.)

  2. Clean-up

To prevent the accumulation of impurities in the submersible aeration pump at different times, clean water can be extracted using the submersible aeration pump to clean it. If the submersible aeration pump is not in use for a long period, it should be stored in a dry place and frost protection measures should be taken.

  3. Operation failure

In the event of a malfunction, if the cause cannot be determined and the troubleshooting methods provided later fail to resolve the issue, do not resort to makeshift solutions or attempt to repair or dismantle the equipment on your own. Contact the manufacturer immediately.
