Solar Fountain Aerator: Features and Benefits

The涌式增氧机电泵, also known as a fountain pump, is a portable irrigation and drainage machine directly driven by an electric motor installed in an air chamber, capable of floating on the water surface and adjusting with the water level. Its features and main functions include:
(1) Easy to Use: Simply place the pump in water, plug in the power, and it's ready to go. It's rainproof, waterproof, and has no suction head limitations. It's exceptionally lightweight and extremely portable.
(2) Energy and Power Savings: Converts suction lift to pressure lift, ensuring that the inlet is always 25-50 cm below the water surface for all specifications and models, consistently maintaining an optimal water intake position.
(3) Long Service Life: Fountain pumps, without deep water pressure, are not prone to silt entrapment, thus extending the lifespan of the shaft seal.
How to Use and Install Solar Submerged Aeration Pumps

Please use and inject 20# gear oil into the reducer box through the oil filling hole, then tighten the oil filling bolt. After refueling, the gear box should be placed upright to prevent gear oil from leaking into the motor.
Ensure the voltage used matches the voltage specified on the motor, install a shock protection device, and rigorously inspect for any cable damage. Connections must be secure and grounded; ensure the rubber washers in the junction box are tightly pressed to prevent water entry. The impeller must rotate in the direction of the arrow.
An oxygenator is installed at the center of the floating barge to prevent it from tilting and capsizing during operation.
During the operation of the oxygenator, the impeller should be level with the water surface. If the voltage is unstable or too low, raise the impeller to reduce the motor load.
Always install a fuse when using electricity. No one should enter the water to move the oxygenator while it is in operation; ensure the power is cut off first.
