The crane emergency quick-disconnect valve is an installation on the crane pipe designed to automatically and quickly disconnect the tanker from the crane pipe during emergencies. Equipping the crane pipe with an emergency quick-disconnect valve can protect the crane pipe, ensure personal and property safety during fluid loading and unloading processes, minimize accident losses, and prevent environmental pollution. It is suitable for the loading and unloading of chemical media such as liquefied gas, liquid ammonia, etc.
Cautionary Notes on Emergency Breakaway Valves:
The pull-off valve's mounting plate is equipped with a safety bolt to prevent accidental disengagement in non-operational states. After the crane pipe is connected to the tanker, the safety bolt must be removed; it must be re-fastened before the crane pipe is disconnected from the tanker.
