The mechanical principle of the breakaway valve: A steel wire rope is set, running along the crane boom in the direction of vehicle movement. One end is attached to the breakaway valve, and the other end is fixed to the inner arm of the crane boom or surrounding fixed accessories. The maximum extension length of the wire rope must be shorter than the length of the crane boom's inner arm to ensure that the wire rope tightens prematurely when moving outside the tank truck. Trigger the breakaway valve before the fluid pipeline is subjected to force; the valve separates into two parts, the separation cut-off is instantaneously closed, preventing accidents from occurring.
