详情描述
The China Environmental Label is a certifying mark that, as an official emblem, indicates that products bearing this label not only meet quality standards but also adhere to environmental protection requirements during production, use, and disposal. Compared to similar products, these products are characterized by lower toxicity, less harm, and resource conservation. This certifying mark makes it easier for consumers to identify environmentally friendly products that are also safe for their health, facilitating green purchasing decisions. Through consumer choices and market competition, it guides enterprises to proactively adjust their industrial structures, adopt clean production processes, and manufacture environmentally beneficial products, ultimately achieving a balance between environmental protection and economic development.
The China Environmental Label is implemented in accordance with the principles and procedures stipulated by the ISO 14020 series standards, aligning with practices of environmental labeling programs in various countries. While keeping pace with the international "Eco-label" technological development, China actively promotes mutual recognition of environmental labels. It has already signed mutual recognition agreements with Germany, South Korea, Japan, and Australia, becoming a powerful tool for Chinese enterprises to overcome green technology barriers.
To promote the implementation of corporate sustainable production strategies, on October 24, 2006, the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and the State Environmental Protection Administration jointly issued the "Regulations on Environmental Labeling Products."Government"The Implementation of Procurement Opinions," which stipulates that state organs, public institutions, and organizations using fiscal funds for procurement shall give priority to purchasing environmentally labeled products and shall not purchase products harmful to the environment and human health.
