Roller Material: The roller of the automatic degumming extruder is made of high-quality carbon steel treated with nitriding, German machine tools are used to achieve a central height, with good uniformity and precision in thickness control, electroplated with hard chrome on the surface, strong bearing capacity, and long service life.
2. Roller bearings and lubrication: SKF bearings with a bearing double arrangement, self-aligning, and featuring an integrated lubrication system for easy maintenance, significantly extending the equipment's lifespan.
3. Safety Design: Multi-directional braking with a human body learning system, for easy and timely activation in emergencies, featuring an infrared safety switch.
