Water Granulating Granulator Production LineIntroduction
1. Application: Used for EVA water granulation.
2. Production rate: approximately 350-400/h (actual output depends on customer's formula and physical properties).
3. Water Requirements: Industrial soft water (deionized water) supply temperature ≤ 30°C; circulating water supply pressure: ~0.40 MPa
4. Ground Load Requirement: The unit can be horizontally placed on a load-bearing surface (standard surface: hard concrete 15 cm thick).

The barrel and screw are both of integral structure, manufactured from imported nitriding steel (38CrMoA1) with a hard chrome plating on the surface. They undergo nitriding treatment HV950-1050 with a depth of 0.6-0.75MM, and have a brittleness not exceeding 11 levels. (The screw's threads are designed for rubber extrusion and are hollow for water cooling.) They feature low thermal deformation, high precision, high torque, and excellent wear and corrosion resistance under high temperature and high-pressure conditions.
2. The barrels and screws are equipped with cooling devices, directly connected to the cooling system. In the cooling system, the barrels and their respective sections are connected in series with solenoid valves. When the actual temperature exceeds the set value, the solenoid valves are quickly engaged to stop the water supply. At the same time, the corresponding heating circuit is activated to raise the temperature back to the set value. This operation is alternated to control the working temperatures of each section within a smaller range (1~3°C). The temperature control is precise and fast, capable of quickly lowering the working temperature in case of localized overheating, effectively preventing color variations in the finished particles.
3. The mold head features a manual screen change device, with a honeycomb filter plate for easy cleaning and quick screen changes, as well as preventing material leakage.
