Orchard trenching and fertilizing machine

The 2FGS series orchard organic fertilizer spreaders are custom-designed based on our existing 2FGB series double-disc spreader technology, catering to the fertilization needs and methods of orchard users (apple orchards, vineyards, etc.). This trenching fertilizer spreader is suitable for spreading various types of organic fertilizers (farmyard manure, powdered organic fertilizer, granular organic fertilizer, etc.) in orchards. Additionally, an optional stainless steel granular fertilizer hopper can be added to the rear of the organic fertilizer carriage, allowing for simultaneous spreading of two types of granular fertilizers. The motor controls the granular fertilizer application, with adjustable application rates to achieve mixed spreading of granular and organic fertilizers, meeting the diverse fertilization requirements of different orchards.

This machine is powered by a tractor, utilizing the rear power output of the tractor to drive the organic fertilizer conveying system. It automatically transports the organic fertilizer to the rear through the conveyor chain inside the carriage, with adjustable speed for fertilizer conveyance. The fertilization mechanism consists of a fertilizer conveying chain on the left (with options for right or both sides) and a trencher. The trench depth is adjustable via a hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering. Additionally, a covering device is equipped at the back of the trencher to perform a series of actions including trenching, applying fertilizer within the trench, and filling and covering the trench. This effectively enhances the efficiency of orchard fertilization, reduces labor intensity, saves costs, and improves the economic benefits of the orchard.
