Orchard trenching, fertilization, and backfilling all-in-one machine

The 2FGS series orchard organic fertilizer spreaders are custom-designed based on our existing 2FGB series double-disc spreader technology, catering to the fertilization needs and methods of orchard users (apple orchards, vineyards, etc.). This trenching fertilizer spreader is used for spreading various types of organic fertilizers (farmyard manure, powdered organic fertilizer, granular organic fertilizer, etc.) in orchards. Optionally, an stainless steel granular fertilizer hopper can be added to the rear of the organic fertilizer carriage, allowing for simultaneous spreading of two types of granular fertilizers. The motor controls the granular fertilizer application, with adjustable application rates to achieve mixed spreading of granular and organic fertilizers, meeting the diverse fertilization requirements of different orchards.

This machine is pulled by a tractor, with the organic fertilizer conveying system directly driven by the tractor's rear power output, automatically propelling the conveying chain inside the hopper to transport the organic fertilizer to the back. The speed of fertilizer conveying can be adjusted; the fertilization mechanism consists of a left-side fertilizer conveying chain (with an option for right or both-side conveyance), and a trencher. The depth of the trench can be adjusted by controlling the hydraulic cylinder. Additionally, a backfilling device is equipped at the rear of the trencher to handle the entire process of trenching, fertilizing within the trench, and backfilling. This effectively enhances the efficiency of orchard fertilization, reduces labor intensity, saves costs, and improves the economic benefits of the orchard.
