Clean Substrate: Thoroughly clean the substrate, including dust, rust, and oil stains on the roof surface.
Apply Primer: Select the appropriate anti-rust primer (such as epoxy resin) according to design requirements, apply it evenly as per the product manual, and then allow it to cure before use. Typically, the amount used is about 0.4 kg per square meter, but the exact quantity should be determined based on actual needs.
Lay glass fiber cloth: Place a layer of glass fiber cloth (specification 2mm x 50mm) on the base coated with primer as the core material, followed by bonding another layer of glass fiber cloth with mortar or sealant to act as a reinforcement layer.
Bonding sealant: Clean and dry the joint before inserting the sealant; ensure the joint is tight and watertight, without contaminating the surface paint; when using cement putty, first level it with cement mortar before applying the finish to seal the gap; elastic putty and other materials can also be used to fill the gap before sealing with finish.
Apply protective film: Lay a protective film over the waterproof layer to prevent damage from construction or other factors.
Apply decorative surfaces: As required, decorative panels such as aluminum sheets or color steel can be installed over the waterproofing layer.
