I. Features and Characteristics

The ZYA series multi-functional high-efficiency decolorization and reclamation oil purification machine is the latest generation of oil purification equipment. In addition to all the functions of the vacuum oil purification machine series, it also features decolorization and reclamation. It is suitable for industries such as cement, fertilizers, chemicals, petrochemicals, metallurgy, mining, electricity, ships, machinery, rubber plastics, instruments, transportation, building materials, and papermaking. Particularly, for oils that have aged severely and changed color, after being filtered and purified by this equipment, they can reach or approach the corresponding standards, meeting the requirements for reclaimed oil. The ZYA series multi-functional high-efficiency de-coloring and re-oiling filter machine consists of an oil-water separation system, density separation system, emulsion separation system, de-coloring and re-oiling system, and air-cooled condensation system. Features Introduction

The equipment is equipped with two advanced level magnetic automatic complementary control systems, which completely solves the common issues of oil pump no-load and oil leakage in filter oil machines. Additionally, it features an advanced pressure automatic controller that can automatically shut down the equipment when overpressure occurs, preventing situations like machine闷堵.

The equipment is equipped with a safety operation vacuum interlock device, which can automatically shut down in the event of a fault, with the oil inlet and outlet solenoid valves automatically closing to prevent backflow. Additionally, it features an automatic electromagnetic induction mechanical dual-protection adjustment system, a low-oil-level automatic protection device, automatic oil balance for inlet and outlet, and the oil in the vacuum system operates safely between high and low oil levels.

3. The complete unit is equipped with an interlocking system for oil inflow and outflow pumps, as well as heaters, and a vacuum pump and condenser interlock. It features phase and sequence protection. The oil temperature can be freely adjusted within specified limits. Additionally, depending on the season, climate, and the amount of oil, there are two heating systems available: automatic interlocking and manual assistance. The heater can automatically start and stop when the oil temperature exceeds the set value or when there is insufficient oil.

Of course, without the need to purchase new oil, you can increase the frequency of oil changes (especially for equipment that requires regular oil changes, which can be replaced in advance).

The ZYA series multi-functional high-efficiency decolorizing and regeneration oil purifier utilizes reinforced oleophilic and hydrophobic technology to alter the oil-water interface. The tiny water molecules in the oil accelerate and quickly coalesce, settle, and separate, then automatically排出. It then restores the oil color through a reaction kettle.
