Advantages:This unit integrates precise filtration with high-efficiency demulsification and dehydration, removing a large amount of moisture without heating, and can rapidly separate out light oil that is half oil and half water.
Fixed or mobile design options available; easy to use, suitable for lightweight oils with high water content (such as diesel, gasoline, kerosene, and low viscosity 46# and below turbine oil or hydraulic oil, etc.).
Features:
1) This model oil filter machine utilizes a specially designed oil-water separator filter.No heat required; ensures that additives in the oil do not crack or degrade, and maintains oil quality after dehydration. The filtration and dehydration unit must use a filtration + coalescing separation design, eliminating the need for additional operations like heating or vacuum pumping, effectively recycling clean oil to ensure product quality.
2) Simple operation, capable of online water release without the need for shutdown drainage.
3) Operating Principle:Unqualified oil first enters the primary filter, where large particles are retained. The oil free of large particles is then pumped to the fine filter, where smaller impurities are removed. After this, it continues to the coalescing separator, where the oil is subjected to pressure swing adsorption using molecular separation technology to eliminate intermolecular forces. This causes dissolved water, free water, and rapidly broken oil films to separate from the oil molecules and precipitate out. This completes the dehydration and removal of impurities, achieving the required water content and cleanliness standards.
4) The automatic control and protection system consists of sensors, motors, and protective components. The pressure controller is factory-set to protect at a pressure of 0.4 Mpa. Once the working pressure reaches the set point, the entire unit will sound an alarm and stop operating to prevent any accidents.
5) All components of the filtration and dehydration unit are well-arranged, making repairs, routine maintenance, and filter core replacement easy to perform.
This unit features a four-level filtration system:
First-level oil absorption filter element, installed in the coarse filter at the oil intake port, to protect the oil pump and prolong the service life of the main filter.
The second-level coalescing filter causes moisture in the oil to coalesce and settle to the bottom.
The third-stage separation filter further blocks tiny water droplets in the oil, achieving an efficient separation effect.
Fourth-level precision filter, utilizing filter media with high precision and large dirt-holding capacity.
