TYA Series Vacuum Oil Filtering Machine for Lubricants
One、Usage:
The TYA series vacuum oil purifier is mainly used in mining, metallurgy, cement, petroleum, railway, machinery, chemical industry, textiles, instruments, and other industrial departments. It processes various types of lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, engine oils, industrial gear oils, refrigerating oils, compressor oils, bearing oils, quenching oils, vacuum pump oils, rolling oils, heat treatment oils, diesel, and kerosene. Each type of equipment has specific technical requirements and standards for oils, and corresponding configurations have been made for each variety. It significantly contributes to the purification and regeneration of various industrial lubricating oils that have been contaminated or degraded, extending the maintenance cycle and service life of equipment, and reducing production costs.
TYA series vacuum oil purifiers effectively remove contaminants from oil products such as moisture, gases, and mechanical impurities, enhancing the oil's kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsifying properties. They rapidly restore the oil to the required operational performance, approaching or meeting the relevant standards.

Section 4: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first introduces the contaminated oil into the primary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil is then heated by an electric heater, reducing its viscosity through temperature increase. Subsequently, through a series of actions including spraying, flash vaporization, and atomization, the moisture in the oil is converted from a liquid to a vapor state, condensed back into liquid droplets through the gas pipeline, and expelled. At this point, the oil is pumped through the oil pipeline and filtered by a secondary filter and a precision filter, resulting in oil free of impurities and moisture. This oil meets the standards for recycled oil use and can be reused, thus saving oil costs. For deep purification and filtration, the oil can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid value, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is optional.)
