During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first introduces the contaminated oil into the primary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. It then enters the electric heater, where it is heated to lower the oil's viscosity. Subsequently, through a series of actions including spraying, flash vaporization, and atomization, the moisture in the oil is converted from a liquid to a vapor state, condensed back into liquid droplets through the gas pipeline, and then discharged. At this point, the oil is pumped through the oil pipeline and filtered by a secondary filter and a precision filter. The resulting oil is free of impurities and moisture, meeting the standards for recycled oil use and enabling its reuse, thereby saving oil costs. For deep purification and filtration of the oil, it can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid values, soaps, and pigments.
