TY Series Turbine Oil (Steam Turbine Oil) Vacuum Filtration Machine
Usage:
TY Series Turbine Oil (Turbine Engine Oil) Vacuum Filtration Machine, specifically designed for purifying turbine oil (turbine engine oil) and low-viscosity circulating lubricating oil in generator sets. Suitable for industries such as power, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, railway, aviation, shipping, and machining. Mainly targets contaminated oils to remove water, gases, acid value, mechanical impurities, and solid particles. Solves issues caused by the current generator sets, such as poor sealing of shaft seals, steam leakage from steam seals, oil cooler leaks, and poor water-removing effect of oil purification devices, which lead to rusting of components, malfunctioning of speed control, and the inability of the oil to work effectively and normally.
TY Series Turbine Oil (Steam Turbine Oil) Vacuum Filtration Machine, in addition to dehydration, demulsification, and purification filtration, can also be connected in series with power generation units for online operation. It regularly clears various solid particles and mechanical impurities that affect the normal operation of the oil in the pipelines and equipment of the power generation units. The turbine oil (steam turbine oil) processed by the净化 oil machine meets the standard of "Quality Standard for Turbine Oil during Power Plant Operation" GB/T7596-2000.
Features:
This series of equipment utilizes reinforced oleophilic and hydrophobic technology to alter the oil-water interface. It combines the advantages of gravity, vaporization, coalescence, and vacuum separation all in one.
Highly effective in removing impurities, large-area, deep-layer precision filter materials can remove fine particles from oil.
Dehydration and degassing system, utilizing three-dimensional evaporation technology and multi-level oil-water separation techniques, rapidly separates moisture and gases from the oil.
The heating system features an optimized pipeline design to ensure even heating and stable oil temperature.
Precision filtration system, multi-stage filtration for increased density, with high dirt-holding capacity. Effectively removes impurities from oil and is equipped with an automatic filter element contamination detection feature.
Advanced automatic temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system, and exquisite configuration ensure high-performance operation of the equipment.
Available with explosion-proof devices upon customer's request, explosion-proof grades include ExdII BT4 and ExdII CT4.
Online oil filtering, can operate unmanned, with operational status indicated by indicator lights.
User-friendly design, low noise, easy operation, long maintenance intervals, low energy consumption, and cost-saving operation.
The unit features interlocked safety protection, with the oil filling and heating systems interlocked to prevent adverse effects from improper operation.
Filter change indicators and core saturation shutdown devices are available.
Equipped with a leakage and overload shutdown device to protect the motor.
Sequence protection and phase-loss protection features, sudden shutdown safety mechanism.

Section 4: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first sends the contaminated oil to the preliminary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. It then enters the electric heater, where the oil is heated to reduce its viscosity. Next, the oil's large water content is separated through coalescence and sedimentation. Subsequently, a series of actions such as spraying, flash vaporization, and atomization convert the water in the oil from a liquid state to a vapor state. The vapor is condensed through the gas pipeline into liquid droplets and expelled. At this point, the oil passes through an oil pump and is filtered through a secondary filter and a precision filter via the oil pipeline. The resulting oil is free of impurities and water, meeting the standards for recycled oil and enabling its reuse, thereby saving oil costs. For deep purification and filtration of the oil, it can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid value, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is configured as needed.)
