Usage:

TY Series Turbine Oil (Steam Turbine Oil) Vacuum Filtration Machine, specifically designed for purifying turbine oil (steam turbine oil) and low-viscosity circulating lubricating oil in generator sets. Suitable for industries such as power, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, rail, aviation, shipping, and machine processing. Mainly targets the removal of moisture, gases, acid value, mechanical impurities, and solid particles from contaminated oils. Solves the problem of rusting of various components, malfunctioning of speed regulation, and the inability of oil to work effectively due to impurities in the existing generator sets caused by issues such as loose shaft seals, steam seal leakage, oil cooler leakage, and poor de-watering effect of oil purification equipment.

TY Series Turbine Oil Vacuum Filtration Machine, in addition to dehydrating, demulsifying, and purifying filtration applications, it can also be connected in series with the power generation set for online operation, regularly removing various solid particles and mechanical impurities that affect the normal operation of the oil in the pipeline and equipment of the power generation set. The turbine oil (turbine oil) processed by the oil purifier meets the standard GB/T7596-2000 for Turbine Oil Quality during Power Plant Operation.

Section 4: Workflow

During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first feeds the contaminated oil into the primary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil then enters the electric heater, where it is heated to reduce viscosity. Subsequently, the oil's large water content is separated through coalescence and sedimentation. The oil's water content is then transformed from a liquid to a vapor state through a series of actions including painting, flash vaporization, and atomization. The vapor is condensed into liquid droplets through the gas pipeline and expelled. At this point, the oil passes through an oil pump and is filtered through a secondary filter and a precision filter via the oil pipeline. The resulting oil is free of impurities and water, meeting the standards for recycled oil use and enabling its reuse to save on oil costs. For deep purification and filtration, the oil can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid values, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is configured as needed.)
