Infrared Liquid Level Controller Principle

 

The inflow rate is automatically controlled by the inlet valve, bypass valve, solenoid valve, infrared liquid level sensor, and oil pump.

1) When the oil level is above the infrared control upper limit, the intake oil solenoid valve automatically closes, and the oil pump starts automatically; when the oil level is below the infrared control upper limit, the intake oil solenoid valve automatically opens.

2) While the equipment is in operation, if the oil level falls below the lower infrared control level, the oil pump automatically shuts off, and the stop indicator light illuminates; when the oil level rises above the lower infrared control level, the oil pump automatically starts up, and the run indicator light illuminates.

Here are four sets of wires: one set of red and yellow, another set of red and yellow, one set of blue and green, and another set of blue and green.

Two sets, red and yellow connected to line 4, one set of blue and green to lines 5 and 6, and the other set to lines 7 and 8. Just plug them in.
