TYA Series Vacuum Filtration Oil Purifier
One、Usage:
The TYA series vacuum oil purifier is mainly suitable for various industrial departments such as mining, metallurgy, cement, oil, railroads, machinery, chemical industry, textile, and instrumentation. It processes various types of lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, diesel engine oils, industrial gear oils, refrigerating oils, compressor oils, bearing oils, quenching oils, vacuum pump oils, rolling oils, heat treatment oils, diesel, kerosene, and more. Given the differing technical requirements and standards for oils used in various equipment, each device is equipped with corresponding configurations. It significantly contributes to the purification and regeneration of various contaminated and deteriorated industrial lubricating oils, extends the maintenance cycle and service life of equipment, and reduces production costs.
TYA series vacuum oil purifiers effectively remove contaminants from oils such as moisture, gases, and mechanical impurities, enhancing the oil's kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsifying properties. This allows the oil to quickly restore to the required performance levels, approaching or meeting the relevant standards.

Section 4: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first passes the contaminated oil through an initial filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil then enters an electric heater where it is heated to reduce viscosity. Through a series of actions including spraying, flash evaporation, and atomization, the water in the oil transitions from a liquid to a vapor state, condenses through the gas pipeline, and is then expelled as liquid droplets. At this point, the oil is pumped through the oil pipeline and filtered by a secondary filter and a precision filter, resulting in oil free of impurities and water. This oil meets the standards for reuse as recycled oil, thereby saving oil costs. For deep purification and filtering, the oil can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acidic values, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the process flow (the de-acidification unit is configured as needed.)
