Usage:
TY Series Turbine Oil (Steam Turbine Oil) Vacuum Filtration Machine, specifically designed for purifying turbine oil (steam turbine oil) and low-viscosity circulating lubricating oil in generator sets. Suitable for industries such as power, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, railway, aviation, shipping, and machine processing. Mainly targets contaminated oil to remove water, gases, acid value, mechanical impurities, and solid particles. Solves the issue of rusting on various components, failure of speed regulation, and the inability of the oil to function effectively due to dirtiness, caused by issues such as loose shaft seals, steam leakage in steam seals, leaks in the cool oilers, and poor water-removing effect of the oil purification equipment in existing generator sets.
TY Series Turbine Oil Vacuum Filtration Machine, in addition to removing water, breaking emulsions, and purifying filtration, can also be connected in series with a power generation set for online operation. It regularly clears various solid particles and mechanical impurities affecting the normal operation of the oil in the pipeline and equipment of the power generation set. The turbine oil (turbine oil) treated by the clean oil machine meets the quality standard for turbine oil during power plant operation, GB/T 7596-2000.

Four: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first feeds the contaminated oil into an initial filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil then enters an electric heater, where it is heated to reduce viscosity. Subsequently, the oil is separated from large water content through coalescence and sedimentation. Finally, through a series of actions including painting, flash vaporization, and atomization, the water in the oil is converted from a liquid to a vapor state, condensed into liquid droplets through the gas pipeline, and then discharged. At this point, the oil passes through an oil pump and through a two-stage filter and a precision filter via the oil pipeline, resulting in oil that is free of impurities and water. This oil meets the standards for recycled oil use and can be reused, thereby saving oil costs. For deep purification and filtration of the oil, it can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid value, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is configured as needed.)
