Technical Requirements for Ship Hoisting Frames (Detachable) - to be executed in accordance with the confirmed plan by both parties.
1. The ship lifting underframe is designed in a skeletal structure, with the main beam made of 20# welded I-beam steel (Q235) and the auxiliary beam of 14# I-beam steel. It has a carrying capacity of 12 tons. The underframe has an outer dimension of 10 meters in length, 2.96 meters in width, and approximately 0.7-1.3 meters in height.
2. The base frame of the ship lifting frame is equipped with 6 corner pieces and 8 rope hooks, which are designed to connect with the transfer flatbed cart.
3. The support frame is designed as fixed, with rubber blocks laid on the contact surface with the vessel to prevent damage upon contact with the ship's surface. The frame features 4 lifting hooks (each with a capacity of 13.5T) for easy hoisting of the base and the vessel together onto a semi-trailer for transportation.
